I think of the process and purpose of Professional Supervision as the intentional facilitation and unfolding of a supervisee’s knowledge, skills, values and self-directed capacity to act that promotes professional, ethical and effective practice, achieves best outcomes for those we work with, and grows a high performing and sustainable service - all whilst giving attention to wellbeing and having fun!
